3. Licence to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for internal business purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Service. You acknowledge that the Service collects GPS location, images, timestamps, job-site details, and customer information for legitimate operational use.

5. Data Storage & Third-Party Services

Automio uses third-party service providers such as Supabase to store and process data.

6. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing plan selected.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to the Service remains our property or that of our licensors.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Automio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaking these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Updated Terms may be posted over time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
